At lot of people don’t understand the important of making things right, and not just the ethical obligation. When you take responsibility for a mistake and see that it is fixed, you do more to strengthen the relationship between you and that client than if you hadn’t made the mistake in the first place. It’s a demonstration of your integrity as a business person, and the wise client will recognize the importance of that.
