At lot of people don&#039;t understand the important of making things right, and not just the ethical obligation. When you take responsibility for a mistake and see that it is fixed, you do more to strengthen the relationship between you and that client than if you hadn&#039;t made the mistake in the first place. It&#039;s a demonstration of your integrity as a business person, and the wise client will recognize the importance of that.
