But, I try very hard to keep them out of my business life. Yes, they are part of who I am but I try to be respectful of others and as long as they are respectful of me and that I might not agree then we're usually fine.<br /><br />I did attend a local networking group and they did have different beliefs than I do and when it came up and they started discussing them a lot I got uncomfortable. It really was a reminder for me for another group I'm in. Most of our group does agree on religious and political topics but when I new member joins us we have to remind ourselves to be conscious of what we discuss to not offend because it IS business.<br /><br />With that, I don't think it's necessary to go against what you believe because it's business. But, there are certain topics that it's usually smart to steer from or leave to other discussions. I have strong political and religious views.
